TrimSlot helps customers discover participating barbers, book services and follow appointment or queue updates. Barbers operate their own businesses and are responsible for the services they provide. TrimSlot provides the booking platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Provide accurate information, protect your login details and report suspected unauthorised access. Do not impersonate others, misuse bookings or payments, harass users, or attempt to interfere with the service.
Check the barber, service, time and price displayed before confirming. A booking is confirmed only when its status in TrimSlot says so. Queue positions and wait estimates can change. Barbers are responsible for their workmanship, shop conditions and the accuracy of their listings.
Online payments are processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout. Payment status is determined by server-side verification and provider records, not screenshots. Never share your card PIN, password or one-time banking code through TrimSlot chat. Pay-on-arrival is available only where the app offers it.
The Refund, Cancellation and Credit Policy and Plan Terms apply alongside these Terms. Review the details shown in the app before paying. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and bank. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
TrimSlot may restrict an account or listing when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, serious misuse, security concerns or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to raise a concern.
We aim to keep the service available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, TrimSlot is not responsible for the independent barber's service delivery. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Privacy Policy explains how information is used. We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date appear above; material changes requiring renewed acceptance will be presented for acceptance.
Use the Help option in TrimSlot to raise a concern. These Terms are intended to operate under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to mandatory protections. Formal operator and contact details will be completed following legal review.
