A plan is a prepaid pack offered by a specific barber. Price, number of sessions, eligible services and validity are shown in TrimSlot before purchase. Unless the purchase screen expressly states otherwise, a plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.
Sessions apply to the barber and services identified in the plan. Book through TrimSlot and follow the booking and cancellation rules. Each completed eligible visit uses a session. Plans are not cash and are not transferable unless the app expressly allows it or applicable law requires it.
The app shows remaining sessions and the plan's expiry. Unused sessions may become unavailable after expiry, subject to applicable law and the details shown at purchase. Raise incorrect balances or expiry issues through Help.
The Refund, Cancellation and Credit Policy applies. Eligible cancellations or services the barber cannot provide may result in a restored session or a refund review, depending on the booking and payment status. A missed appointment may be handled under the rules shown in the app.
A plan activates only when TrimSlot confirms the purchase. Keep the transaction reference for support. Purchased plan benefits should not be silently changed in a way that removes the sessions or benefits shown at purchase. These interim terms do not remove mandatory legal rights.
