Check the barber, service, appointment time, price and any applicable charge shown in the app. Booking status in TrimSlot is the source of truth.
Customers may cancel eligible bookings until 30 minutes before the appointment, as enforced by the app. If cancellation is unavailable, contact the barber or use Help.
An eligible cancellation or a service the barber cannot provide may be reviewed for a refund or other correction. Duplicate, late or unmatched payments may also require review. Where supported, refunds are returned through the original payment route. The time funds appear depends on the payment provider and bank; no fixed processing time is promised here.
A service credit is not cash and cannot be withdrawn as money. Availability, value and expiry are shown in the app. Prepaid plans are governed by the Plan Terms and purchase details. Do not assume a refund or credit has been issued until the status appears in TrimSlot.
Use Help and include the booking reference and a short explanation. Never send card PINs, passwords or one-time banking codes. Keep your transaction reference until the issue is resolved.
